Modernizing traditional community matchmaking with a secure, intuitive platform built for trust, transparency, and meaningful connections.

For years, the Adi Kokna community relied on WhatsApp groups, printed biodata, and personal referrals to find suitable matches. While traditional, the process was time-consuming, difficult to verify, and lacked an efficient way to discover compatible profiles.
Priya is the member we designed around. She is 26, teaches at a school a few districts from the village she grew up in, and her family has spent two years passing her biodata around through relatives and WhatsApp groups. The proposals that come back are impossible to verify, and she has no say in who has already seen her photograph.
Trisparc partnered with community leaders to reimagine this experience through a dedicated digital platform. We designed and developed a Flutter-based matrimonial application with verified profiles, intelligent search, secure communication, and a powerful admin portal for profile moderation.

Instead of simply creating another matrimonial app, we focused on solving the everyday challenges experienced by families and community members.
Users were hesitant to connect because fake or unverified profiles could reduce confidence in the platform.
Implemented profile verification, admin approval, and document validation to ensure every profile is authentic and trustworthy.
Sharing personal contact details too early raised privacy and security concerns.
Integrated a secure in-app messaging system with controlled access, allowing users to communicate safely without exposing personal information.

Browsing hundreds of profiles without proper filters made the matchmaking process slow and frustrating.
Developed advanced search and filtering based on age, education, occupation, location, community, and other preferences, enabling users to find compatible matches quickly.
Administrators struggled to manually manage registrations, profile approvals, and reported accounts as the community grew.
Built a comprehensive admin dashboard for profile moderation, user management, verification, and content control, significantly reducing administrative effort.
Stakeholder workshops with community leaders to map the values, customs and expectations that shape a match, and the boundaries the platform had to respect from day one.
Interviews with families on both sides of a match, tracing how proposals actually travel today: who introduces whom, what gets asked first, and where trust breaks down.
Data model, verification flow and backend shape settled up front, so moderation, search and matching could grow with the community instead of being retrofitted later.
A calm, trustworthy visual language built for first-time smartphone users, and a full screen library covering every state from an empty search to a verified profile.
The Flutter app and FastAPI backend built in tight, testable increments, with verification and chat kept behind flags so the community could try them before launch.
Real families piloted the flows on their own devices. Their feedback hardened verification, sharpened the search filters and cut several steps out of onboarding.
Store release, admin onboarding and a staged community rollout. Moderators were trained on the verification queue before the first public profiles ever went live.
Four outcomes the community can point to, one for each problem the platform set out to solve.
The platform made it easier for families to discover compatible profiles, increasing the chances of successful matrimonial connections.

By bringing members from different cities and regions onto one platform, Adi Kokna Vivah expanded its reach and connected a much larger community.

Verified profiles and admin moderation created a safe and reliable environment, encouraging more families to confidently use the platform.

The app transformed a manual, offline process into a seamless digital experience, making matchmaking faster, more organized, and accessible anytime, anywhere.

For the first time our community has a place we can trust. Trisparc understood our values and built something that feels like it was made for us, because it was.
Colour, type and components were settled before the first screen was built, so a hundred views later everything still feels like the same app.

Adi Kokna Vivah is a community-first matrimonial platform that carries a trusted, offline tradition onto the phone without flattening it. Verified profiles, intelligent search, secure conversations and a moderation portal replaced WhatsApp groups and printed biodata, giving families a faster, safer way to find the right match while keeping the values the process was built on.
