• Project information you share with us while we scope or deliver work.

We do not ask for payment card details on this website, and we do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data.

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
• To deliver, support and improve work you have engaged us for.
• To meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations.
• To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

The site uses only what is needed to function, plus basic analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to follow up, and project records for as long as required by our contracts and by tax and accounting law. After that we delete or anonymise it.

Our services are meant for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed, and material changes will be highlighted on this page.
